What is the Knowledge Base (Confluence Wiki)?
The knowledge base is a community wiki (powered by Confluence) where you can find product documentation, best practices, boosts (extensions to the software developed by the community), current community projects and much more. For clients who pay for support, you have special access to training videos, support insights and more. As part of the community, you can comment on things, add your own innovations and be part of a living area of expertise we all contribute to and benefit from.

What is Issue Tracking (JIRA)?
JIRA is the tool we use to track bugs, feature requests and other issues around all the products. Anyone who registers can report issues and track the outcome. Discover a bug? Have a feature or enhancement you’d like to see? This is your place to submit it. While some features will be worked on by Orange Leap, others will be handled by the community. Either way, we can track everything right here. Basically, this is the heart and soul of how issues are managed around all the products.

What are the Forums?
The forums are the place for dialogue. Have a question? Want to get help from others or request tips or tricks around the software? Looking for tips around business rules or a fundraising campaign? This is the place to connect with others in the community and with Orange Leap support. Have a question for Support? Enter it here. That way others who have the same challenges can benefit as well!

What is a Source Code Repository?
This is basically where we keep the source code for all our latest product releases (and also manage previous versions). We use SourceForge as our repository and this allows anyone, if you are daring and want to dig beneath the hood, to download the source code for any of our products. Along with not having license fees, it is one of the key elements of what it means to be “open source”.
